With a healthy body, we can enjoy more quality time with family and friends, enjoy pain-free lifestyle and do things we like, be it travel or hobbies we love.

As part of our social responsibility, we are rolling our 2 months of free classes to encourage local residents and the working population in the Kallang area, to pay more attention to their health.

EmFirst | Mon 12.10-12.55pm

This is our signature foundation class for students who are just starting out their fitness journey, EmFirst includes coordination practice, muscle strengthening, and basic interval training. This class is suitable for senior citizens. Please wear comfortable gym shoes for this workout.

EmFit | Tue 12.10-12.55pm

EmFit consists of 30 mins of high intensity interval training and 15 mins of stretching. This class is not suitable for students with high blood pressure and pre-existing heart conditions.

Yoga Flow | Wed 12.10-12.55pm

Through the use of various yoga asanas & mindful breathing techniques, Hatha Yoga creates a blissful and calming environment that will help participants improve their flexibility and core strength.

EmForm | Thu 12.10-12.55pm

EmForm is a non-contact class that uses basic muscle strengthening, myofascial release, PNF techniques, passive stretches & yoga flows. This is a "must-not-miss" class for those who are interested in pain management and postural correction.

Q: How many classes can I attend?

You may attend as many classes as you want. However, certain classes may not be suitable for participants with specific medical conditions. Medical clearance may need to be requested in certain situations.

Q: What happens after I fill up the registration form?

Our community consultant will contact you as soon as possible via Whatsapp to help you to book your classes. We will also send you emails to inform you that your registration is successful.

Q: What will I need to bring to class?

Please wear comfortable clothing and sport shoes. You may want to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Most class specific equipments are provided. However, in view of the current Covid situation, we will encourage participants to bring their own yoga mat if the class requires for hygiene purposes.

Q: Can I book the classes in advance & not turn up or cancel at the last minute?

We encourage all participants to be mindful and considerate of others & do not over commit themselves. However, if there are 3 sessions of no turn up or late cancellations, we will implement a fine of $30 which needs to be paid up before continuing to attend classes.
